[cfw] 6.39 ME-7

Updating lower firmwares to 6.39me-7

this only works on PSP1000 and PSP2000v1-v2, dont try on PSP2000v3 and PSP3000

1. download and update your PSP to official firmware 6.39

Download Official Firmware 6.39

2. download the signed 6.39me-2 and update (dont worry, it doesnt need hen to work)

Download 6.39ME Signed Installer

extract downloaded file, put the UPDATE folder to X:/PSP/GAME/
disconnect PSP and run the updater on your XMB
you can delete the updater once finished.

3. last, download 6.39me7 update.

Download 6.39ME-7

extract downloaded file, put UPDATE folder on X:/PSP/GAME/
run the updater on your XMB
delete the updater once finished.
